What a difference three pounds makes!
Boy, did I ever take the weekend off! I clocked in at +3 pounds yesterday morning! And I could really feel it on me. Which....you'd think 3 pounds is just a little bit. But I could really tell. I've been feeling very svelte and lean and, by Tuesday, I was feeling a little blah.
A lot of this is just water weight, I'm sure, because I needed more water in my digestive tract to deal with all the food I was eating. I was already down a pound this morning. So I just need a couple more days to pull it back together.
Today was a gym day. It was good - the usual. I really need to develop another routine! But this does work, that's for sure.
I also walked to my massage today. It's over by the 7/11 on 30th. For sure got my 10k steps!

Tell me about it! I was so pleased on Tuesday when I was down a pound and then yesterday there it was again! Guess I didn't "lose" it after all!
