Hot Gym
Really hot one here today! I did go to the gym and lifted weights. And I got all the usual stuff done, but it was pretty darn warm! I was very very sweaty, no question about it.
Hopefully tomorrow will start the cool down. We shall see. Don't know if I will get to run or not. Fingers crossed!

But the gym must be air conditioned, right? Or is it like that one that Mike and Angie went to in South Park that has all the doors and windows wide open all the time?
That's exactly what my gym is like! Wide open!
