And gym!

Well, dang, I sure can tell I took a week off! I went to the gym and it was HARD! In fact, I couldn't do all my tricep reps! My sets ended up being 12 / 11 / 9! But it was good to be back! I plan on running tomorrow, but we'll have to see how sore I am when I wake up!

It is always amazing to me how quickly you can lose it and how hard it is to get it back. That's why they say consistency is the key I guess.
