You know, I'm often confused by hotel showers. They don't operate the same. How do I get hot? It took some tweaking, but I figured out the gym shower. Finally! I'll be an expert by Saturday!
Weight lifting day. Someone said "hey, slim."
Then I did some cardiovascular. Mostly to kill time because I couldn't come home yet!

I ran outside again today. Even nicer than yesterday. Perfect in fact. Foot continues to feel fine!

Shower totally baffled me today. Probably because I was really in a rush!
Ang and I had a video call today so I got to see some of your blue sky and fluffy white clouds. Looked absolutely delightful out.
