Much Things Were Done!

Much! Today was a gym day but, all the same, I decided to run. Because my audiobook is getting real real serious! And I just wanted to listen a bit. So I ran and listened and it was good. And I did go to the gym. And it was good. I am starting to add some lower back exercises. Today I started with a back extension. I did 12, that's it. And I did not include any weights. I'm hoping if I really take the introduction easy, my lower back won't get mad at me. I have a theory that a stronger lower back my help my leg/foot issues. So I'm going to try. I think that starting really light and working up will be OK because that's how I implemented my shoulder exercises. I have kinda a bum shoulder and it caused me angst whenever I would exercise my shoulders. And then I'd quit because it hurt! So this time I started light (5 pounds) and just one 12 rep set. I'm now up to 10 pounds and 3 sets of 12 reps. No pain and no clicking in my shoulder! So that worked! I'll report back on how this works out!
