Seriously, it's like I've never done a squat before! I cannot believe how much I can feel the weight lifting workout from yesterday. Crazy. But a good sign.
I did run today, intervals. The tiny hills. And I actually made it for 30 minutes! I had my doubts when I started because my muscles were so sore! But I did it. Absolutely beautiful day out there. Really delicious.
