My butt hurts!

I have a pretty interesting result (to me!) of my session yesterday. Usually when I do squats, my quads hurt. Today it is my butt that hurts. Different form! Let's see if I can keep it up. I think I'll make some modifications on the 5x5 so that I can make sure I'm doing the forms correctly. Like with the squat. I ran this afternoon. And not in Coyote Kensington! I decided to do the Texas Loop. I ran down to Texas, did the hill once, and came home. I suppose I have to start training for the half here soon.

It's always amazing to me how a little different exercise can hurt a whole new muscle.
