I did have to go out and shovel again yesterday morning. Not so much but we did get another inch or two overnight. So that was 3 "shoveling exercises" in about 18 hours.
Then I went to Snap and took part in the PiYo class at 9 am. Some Pilates and some Yogo or so they tell me. I didn't like it so well because I have learned that my sense of balance is not the best. Not as strenuous as the Ripped class on Thursdays but I did work into a sweat. I felt so uncoordinated though next to those women who've been doing this forever. Don't know if I'll go back to that or not. Still haven't decided about the Ripped class tomorrow either. If I go, I will not do the one "backwards jumping jack" (don't know what else to call it) that I think is the one that hurt my calves last week.
This morning I ran on the TM here at home and did my pushups and situps.
Weight is still bad. Thought I had lost a pound the other day but I found it again this morning. Apparently right where I left it. :)

Pounds are hard to lose but soooo easy to find!
If you do go back to PiYo, I bet your balance will really improve. That was one thing I learned about myself when I did pilates. My balance was poor, but it got better over time. I miss pilates!
I don't like jumping jacks at all! Forward or backward!
I was planning to go to the gym today for the Ripped class but when I woke up with that headache I decided not to push it. Doc thinks I should lay low for at least a couple days so will have to see how I feel tomorrow morning. Might just do some walking on the TM.
I wonder if the girls at class missed me. They probably think I chickened out but I'll have a story to tell next week when I go back. They all told me that my balance would get better with some practice and not to give up. So I'll go again next week and see.
