Oh, my!

My legs are so stiff and sore this morning!!  Especially my calves.  Wow.  Has to be from some of those exercises I did yesterday at the Ripped class.  So, I walked briskly (but didn't run) for 25 minutes on the TM this morning and then did my pushups and situps.  Plan to run tomorrow though.  I'm surprised how sore I am.  Used different muscles than you do running apparently.

On the up side, I'm down a whole pound today from Wednesday when I weighed.

I bet your were a pound down! That class sounds hard! Good call on the walking rather than running. Did it help you loosen up and feel any less sore?
