Good Morning and Good Walk

This morning I decided I just had to do something so I went for a brisk 20 walk on the TM.  Felt good and went well so tomorrow I will start running again.  Slight headache this morning but much, much improved over the last couple of days.  Then I did my pushups and situps.  Feels good to have done something.

That's such fantastic news that you're head is feeling better and you are starting to be able to get back on track. I've been really worried about you! And it's a good thing you have been taking it easy. I'm glad you could get moving a bit though!
