More running!

Yep, ran again! 3 miles. Really slow and felt slow. You know, the past few nights I've not been getting solid sleep. Lots of waking up. I fall back asleep again but maybe that's why I just feel a little blah. I also lifted weights today before I ran. And a good healthy eating day today. I don't have any troublemakers bringing me hot milk cake!

Sleep is so crucial to how we feel and do so it's no wonder you're sluggish without it. But glad to see it's not keeping you down.
