I'm Back!!!

I actually got up and ran 2 miles on the TM this morning and did half of my normal pushups and situps.  It's a start!!  Feels good to get back at it after 3 weeks off.  Terrible to take that much time off, though.  Feels like I'm starting from scratch but I know it will get better each day.  I plan to stick to 2 miles for a few days until I get my legs back and then move to 3.  Only 21 degrees out there this morning so outside running might be done for me for the season.

Congratulations! I bet that felt so good! I won't takenlong to get back into game shape, but it's hard to start.
