In honor of Thanksgiving (and, actually, the giant dinner I knew I'd be eating!) I headed over to Texas and ran that 3 times. It's getting hot, so it wasn't perfect conditions. But it sure wasn't 6 below!

We did have a very good Thanksgiving Day. Nice to have Kristen around and all was good.
I'm taking today off though because I woke up at 6 am with a very sore throat and I feel like a cold is coming on. Took our friend, Ibuprofen, and a ZiCam and the throat is better for now. Going to stay in today and stay warm and hope not to get a full blown cold.

I didn't do anything this morning either except cough, sneeze, and blow my nose. Does any of that count as exercise?
Sunday. I did walk on the TM for 30 minutes this morning and it just wore me out! However, I plan to be over this cold by tomorrow.
