Finally, a bit cooler here today. By 10 degrees and we had higher humidity so it was much nicer all the way around.
Today I lifted weights before I ran. I was reading that if you do both cardio and weights in the same session, it's better to do weights first so you are primed for fat burning when you run. I read that in one of my Radiant Recovery books and then I looked it up online and, yep, confirmed! So I did that.
I ran over to Texas, did that hill once, and then I ran home. So I think that's 4.19 miles. Pretty good.

Really? I didn't know that or ever thought the order of doing things would make a difference. Good for you on the Texas run!
And I always thought it was better to do weights last so you had energy for your cardio. But I'm willing to give this a try and see what happens!
