At least it felt good! Time wasn't great, but I've come to accept this fact. But I felt strong and that's what counts.
It was 85 by the time I got home from running. I'll have to get up at 3 or 4 on Saturday so I can do my long run before the heat of the day. To which I say bummer! Although that's way better than getting up for work!
Feet feel sore - different sore. I think it's just an adjustment. I bet it will be better tomorrow.

3 or 4? You mean in the am? You are way too dedicated to this.
Gym day for me but I did run on their TM for 5 minutes to warm up and get this.....the groin didn't bother me at all! Maybe it's my TM? Can't explain it. I'm hoping to run the Gandy Dancer tomorrow but wont go until 10 am so it's warmed up!! Supposed to be 50 at 10 am.
Well, this morning I woke up at 4:15 and popped out of bed, ready to go. I imagine that tomorrow it will be heartbreakingly difficult. Cause that's the nature of it.
OK, that's really weird. Either it is just healing up or maybe there is something about your treadmill.
Oh, I'm jealous of the Gandy Dancer. And running at 10 am! I can't wait for winter!
