Gym day!

Good gym day. Just the usual. I wonder if I am burning less calories since I've replaced 2 runs a week with the gym. Maybe that's why I'm so weight frustrated. I'm going to add another run into the mix each week and see if that changes anything for me.

The only thing that helps me is to stop putting things in my mouth. But I'm finding that nearly impossible to do.
