I did run this weekend and also made it to the gym. And I did remember to bring a notebook! So I made pages for each piece of equipment with info about the settings (like seat height) and weight and reps. Then that will make it easy for me next time I go. And I can also focus on improving since I'll be able to remember the weight I used!
