Back on Track!

Ok, we are home now and done traveling for the next month!  So, I did my 3 miles on the TM this morning plus all 50 pushups and situps.  Exhausting but I am determined to get back in running shape!  Have a 5K in Osceola coming up a week from Saturday!  Hope it warms up by then!  Only 28 here this morning.

I'm glad you decided to join the gym and are going!  I am thinking about it just for weights because I will use the TM at home.  Waiting for Mom's doctor appointment tomorrow before bringing it up.  If she is able to go and walk we might do that.

That's great news! I find it really helps to have a scheduled/public run to encourage me to get into shape!

I do not know about Mom's doctor appointment. Which, I suspect, is just because I haven't talked to her in a really long time!
