Some days I feel so fast and laugh when my watch tells me that, nope, I actually ran slow. Some days I think I ran slow but find I was a lot speedier that I guessed!
Today I felt slow. And, turns out, I was slow! I eay was in touch with myself. That's ok though. I think I just have to deal with the sore/tired for the gym for a bit before I will see results.
I am less gym sore, so that's good. I want to get a little notebook so I can keep track of my machines and the amount of weight I use.

That's one thing about the TM. You always know how fast or slow you're going!
Truth! You know, there were a couple times I thought "I should check my watch" and then I just decided to be surprised!
