I did it!

As you know, I've been contemplating rejoining the gym recently. And today I took the plunge!  I joined and went!

I was really on the fence about it because I thought I should be doing stuff here with my weights. But I am not, so I came to grips. And I've read so much about how important weight training is. Both for health and for weightloss

Parking was a big part of my problem there before. But now I'm done with work so early that I can to before it gets too busy.

So I went and did a 10 minute cardio warmup and the lifted weights. I'm sore and tired!
