I have been so worn out the past couple of days. I've been sleeping though so go figure. Maybe catching up!
I did run three miles today. It was fine. I was out of it enough that I forgot to start my watch until it told me it was going into power save mode!
I also did some ab stuff today and weights.
Got an email from my old gym asking me to rejoin. Seriously contemplating. The problem is that they are so cheap meaning they are so busy! But the difference now is that I can get there around 2:30 or 3 which should allow me easy parking and access. So, I'm thinking. I do miss lifting weights.

Good morning. I'm worn out today, too, but it's because I did not sleep well at all last night. So we are packing up and getting ready to head home. No run today and that's all I've got to say!
I hate it when I forget to turn on the watch or the nike+! Makes me want to start all over but I never do.
Fair enough! I know I'm not interested in running when I'm tired, that's for sure.
Usually when I forget I just want to stop for the day!! Also never do. Alas.
