Today was my first run back at it and it went really well. Much better pace than normal. Not 10 minute miles, but maybe 10:20ish.
I was still really sore and tender, though. I'm going to take it easy again tomorrow, just because of the way I was feeling today.
Did some situps and pushups when I came back.
Sore and all, I was happy to be running!
