Got on the TM this morning and did my 3 miles plus the usual situps and pushups. Back in gear today and tomorrow. Then the eye surgery on Friday so no more running until we are in Fort Myers! Hope to do something out there every morning. We'll see how it goes.

Eye surgery and your trip are coming up so quickly!
I had a day off here. I didn't sleep well at all last night. Weird day and weird night. So day off and back at it tomorrow, I hope.
