I got on the TM this morning and walked at 3.5 mph for 30 minutes. Felt good to do something. Also did 25 pushups and 25 situps and that was the work! Haven't done them in two weeks and it showed. But I will get back to my usual in time. Walking again tomorrow and then a run on Thursday.

I had a failed run today. Ran Texas once and then walked it once. Just wasn't into it!
No groin pain at all.
This morning I'm just so tired, though, that I'm skipping it. Have shoveling to do outside so that will be my exercise. Still feeling kind of sick to my stomach from wearing my glasses, too, but can't seem to be without them either. This is going to be a long month because of all that.
That's ok. Shoveling is no joke so that counts as real deal exercise in my book.
Hm. I just responded to an email where you thought your eye was adjusting, but I guess not. Maybe they could put a non-prescription lens in there?
