Gorgeous morning in SD and I actually got hot doing 5 miles. Did 11.0 minute miles so not my best ever but I will be very happy if I come even close to that on Sunday. So beautiful around here. Flowers, green grass, and NO snow! So glad to be here.

Congrats on the 5 miles! More than me today. I ran about 1 mile and thought, "Eh. I just really don't want to do this!" So I didn't. Sure had a nice walk, though!
