Last TM Before Half
I did my last 3 miles on the TM this morning and it went well. I really didn't want to do it and almost called it a day off but thought better of it and was glad I did. Strongest run I've had in a while so it felt good. Next run will be outdoors in sunny San Diego! Or rainy San Diego. Whatever. I will be outdoors!
