back at it - sort of

I did run on the TM this morning but had a goal of 15 minutes and that's what I did.  Geez, but it's easy to lose it when you take a couiple weeks off!  Terrible.  But it went well.  Also did 50 pushups and 50 situps for the first time in 3 weeks.  Tomorrow's goal is 20 minutes plus the exercises.

Oh, isn't it so easy to lose it! I'm glad you're back at it though. But you'll need some more time off soon for healing again! All for an excellent cause!

Yeah, I won't make much progress this month but need to keep at it as best I can. Have registered for the Osceola 5k for April 26th.
