You've Been Busy!
Glad to see you've been keeping up while I'm away. Actually, I have been, too. Not my usual 3 miles but I have been running 2 miles each morning. Yesterday was my best run. It was cooler and very nice for running. It's been in the low 70's by 8 am each day otherwise so it's been warm for running. But yesterday was great. About 62 when I went out. I'm at Ralph and Nancy's house this afteroon checking up on things so that's why I'm online now. Keep it up!

Thanks! I will! And, yeah, I have been. This summer is so much more delightful for running than last summer. Much cooler in comparison.
I'm sure happy to hear that your heat isn't miserable and you are able to get out some for running. Even if it's a bit less than usual, that's ok!
