Food Diary / 3 Miles

I've really been trying to get my eating under control and, to that end, I pulled out my food diary yesterday.  And it is pretty amazing to me how things sure add up.  And that some foods are just so calorie dense.  Frustrating and eyeopening!  If I eat less will my stomach shrink causing me to be less hungry?

Anyway, onto a less frustrating topic!  I had a good run today.  Good pace.  Better pace, I should say.  I'm sticking to the 3-Mile-July commitment.  Although I was already thinking, "Maybe I should do 5 on Saturday...."  But I'm not going to.  I'm sticking with three miles or three hills.  It's my regroup month!

I contemplated hills this am but I just didn't have the mental energy for it.  Maybe tomorrow.

Pushups and situps, too, today.

You're doing great! Yes, the calories are so easy to put on and so hard to take off. Very frustrating.
