Finally! / Hills

Well, I finally did Texas 3 times.  It's been awhile!  I'm really glad.  I need to keep my hill running skills up.  I think it's good for the pace and good for the rear!

Then I lifted some weights and did some ab stuff.

If it's good for the rear it's worth doing for sure!
