It wasn't pretty and it wasn't fast but I did the Fitnatics 3 miles. Haven't run on pavement for more than 2 weeks so could feel that in my calves and I ended up walking some of it. My goal will be to run the whole thing by the end of the week.
Then I got on that stupid scale we have here. Enough said. I will be starving by the end of the day.

That's going to be a serious change, for sure. The pavement, I mean.
Good luck with your eating today. Frankly, I'm sick of being hungry. I'm trying a couple other things before I go to the doctor and say, "You've got to have something I can take for the rest of my life that will make me not starving." Hopefully they don't say, "Yeah, cheeseburgers."
Maybe they have a cheeseburger pill we can take!

How did you do with your eating? I mean, the one pound down is great! But were you super hungry by the end of the day?
