Good run today. It's very humid out so I've been sweating like crazy the past few days! I didn't feel like running but was glad once I was out there. It was good. Kensington route. Then I did pushups and abs when I came home.
I got back on the road this morning. Gorgeous, perfect morning here. 65, sunny, no wind, low humidity. Perfect. And I did my 3 miles and then the pushups and situps when I got home. All felt good.
Humidity is coming starting tomorrow they are saying so thanks for sending it our way!
Great for you! I'm glad you got out before the humidity arrives to crush your lungs!
Day off here. Needed, for sure. Although I'm a little nervous about it because we're heading to Palm Springs for the long weekend. I think I'll bring my gym gear and commit to lifting weights and running 2 miles on the treadmill each day.
Lazy bum here this morning. I had all the good intentions in the world but when the alarm went off at 6 I just rolled over. Josh and I are leaving for Marion at 8:30 so I had set the alarm thinking I would run but I just couldn't make myself get up that early on a holiday.
Have fun in Palm Springs! If you see anyone famous, tell them hi from me. I'll do the same for you while I'm in Marion.

Well, that's ok. It happens. In fact, it kinda feels good when that happens!
