Pre vacation run / 3

Well, I did it. I didn't know if I would wake up in time to run, but I did. I seriously considered just drinking more coffee, truth be told!

Ran 3 miles on the Kensington route. 

In Palm Springs now and it is very hot. Over 100, for sure. We will see of I do my gym plan.
