Running
I had a medium run today. I have been having a headache since yesterday. I finally just took one of these headache pills from my doctor. No, I have no idea why I waited till just now. Anyway, I ran this afternoon but stopped at about 3.75 miles and walked home. Probably will be all fixed up by tomorrow!

Well, I hope it's better today.
I did my 3 miles and it was fine. Never felt any problem in the left heel at all. Can't believe one treatment would make a difference but it hasn't been bothering me. Another treatment this afternoon.
It's getting better. I woke up with it though. Last night was my first night of non-awesome sleep. I'm blaming this!
I'm amazed. Seriously. Fingers crossed!
