I did my 3 on the TM this morning and the heel didn't bother me at all. What is the deal with this? One day it hurts and the next it doesn't. Does it have something to do with my gait I wonder? Think you suggested that. It's so odd. Anyway, got it done. See you soon.....I hope!

Well, yeah, I wonder if that is the problem. Angie saw that "running expert" who gave her some tips related to that. Maybe you can see that person.
