Grandma's Training

I forgot to post yesterday! I did run 3 miles. It is so funny. I'm not stiff and sore when walking but I sure was when I started running! http://grandmasmarathon.com/site/uploads/2013IntermediateMarathonSummary.pdf 3 miles yesterday actually puts me on track with Grandma's Intermediate program. So that's what I'll follow. I am going to have a discombobulated weekend but Monday is supposed to be an "off" day so I'll do the Sunday long run then. I really think my life will be less miserable with this new job and I'll own my time. So I think I can follow this schedule of running on Sunday when I go back to work in April. Oh, ha, I just realized that's the full marathon link. I was thinking, "Why are they making me run 22 miles?!" I will get back at it tomorrow morning. Just needed to sleep today. And I will look at the training program for Grandma's one of these days.

Totally understand that you needed to sleep in! And I know my body is still in 'don't push' mode.
