I got up and got back on the TM this morning for 3 miles and it went well. Legs are still a little weak from the Half on Sunday but not nearly what I was expecting given how little training I had gotten in before that. So, anyway, I'm back in the game. Also did my full complement of situps and pushups for the first time in 10 days. That was a challenge!

I'm happy it wasn't to hard. I was surprised, too! We're in shape!
How are you feeling tonight? I was surprised that I felt pretty good today during my run.
