4 Miles

I'm going to actually follow a training program for once! To the best of my ability, I am not going to tweak it. Example: Today was 4 miles. And I thought, "I could just do 5...." But I did 4. Because I'm sure they have it laid out in a way that is supposed to now exhaust me. Speaking of exhaust. I am still a little gummy from the half on Sunday. Better today but it was good to do 4 rather than 5. Tomorrow is my last day before a month off. Very exciting!! It's VERY lonely here.

I am also following the half marathon training program through Grandma's. I am going with the novice training just because it has been awhile since I have been in the running game. Today is day 4 and it's a rest day. The furthest I have gone in the 3 days prior is 3 miles.

Yeah, I'm going to look at the training program over the weekend and decide how to adjust it for my schedule.
