Short Run
And on a day off! And a beautiful day! I ran 3 miles, but I sure wish I went for a longer run. But this sinus infection is really bothering me so I just did what I could.
Then I had a very decadent and lazy day. I did crafting things, I read, I watched a movie, I played games. It was fun!
Now to bed.

-19 here this morning and that should be the coldest we see they are saying. High of +10 coming tomorrow!
I ran the 3 and did the exercises. Now to work. A week from today we will be arriving in Tel Aviv!
That's just so crazy cold. And I'm talking about the +10! you don't even want to know what I think about -19!
