Happy New Year!

And a new year begins.  I started it off with a 3 mile run on the TM and set the incline to 1%.  Going to keep it there a while and then up it to 1.5% and eventually 2%.  Also did all the exercises, etc.  I am now on a mission to lose 10 lbs in 4 weeks before we go to Israel.  We'll see how it goes but I'm now done eating Christmas cookies so that should help.

I didn't run today. Just kinda worn out. And then work ruined my day. Yes, I'm working on getting a new job.
