Long day!
Or perhaps I'm old! Or maybe both! Actually, no, it really was a long day. I kinda knew it would be though. I went to work at 6 and then didn't leave till 7! But it was because of my car. So I figured. Anyway, I brought my running gear to the office and ran at work. About 4 miles. It was....OK. The little route I did is pretty fast and flat, which is really nice. But there are a bunch of loooong stoplights. Not nice. Oh well, I did it and I enjoyed it!

Running in the big city is hard because of traffic and stop lights. But good for you for getting it done!
That is a long day and I have one of those today. Wednesdays are always long because of confirmation in the evening. But the Intern is teaching this unit now so I just have to sit there and observe. Hurray!
