Long day
And I don't have a car update for you! I went over to Pep Boys and there guy is out for a month! So I'm taking it to a place near work tomorrow. I think it's a fluid thing. When I go downhill the light is solid. Flat or uphill it blinks.
I did run today. 5 miles. It was good but messy out. We had more rain last night so we are just a tad sodden.
I have to figure out dinner here. I was going to make some beef, but it smelled so....weird. Not bad. Well, kinda bad. So, no. Not taking that risk!

they only have one guy who can read the computer over there? that's odd. Maybe a job opportunity for you! I don't think I've ever seen a check engine light blinking. Did you google that to see what you might find? I wouldn't risk the beef either. If it doesn't smell right, it isn't right.
I only had 1800 calories yesterday and am down a whole pound this morning!!! Very encouraging so I will do it again today. I did my 3 miles and the exercises and it went well. A year ago today I ran outside! It was +40 and I ran at 3 pm my journal says. Couldn't have been any snow on the roads.

Yep, I thought that was really really strange too. I bet they are bummed. Lots of lost business, I imagine. And what about when he wants to go on vacation?
Congrats on the calorie control and the loss of a pound. That's great! I will try to emulate you!
Sounds like soon you'll be running outside all the time. Getting warm in our world!
