It's over!
78 here today! Just an amazingly beautiful day. Loved it. And it was actually too hot for running! Or I'm out of condition for heat running. That's probably more along the lines of the problem.
I did run 4 miles. I actually didn't leave till maybe 12:30. Because I've started reading this book that is just so compelling. It is called Island Beneath the Sea by Isabel Allende. And I read last night and picked it up first thing this morning! So that's why I was so late hitting the road.
I did squats and lifted some weights here today, too.

Now, that's the kind of weather we expect in SD! Keep it up until March at least.
I'm up early on a Sunday and I'm not preaching so had time to check in here.
-7 here this morning and going to be colder tomorrow they are saying. So no lettuce is growing here!
