Good Morning

Back on schedule this morning and ran 3 and did the exercises and weights.  I ate sensibly yesterday and still am up 1/2 pound this morning!!!  Grrrr.....

I can sure feel that 1% incline in my calves! And Mom walked on the TM yesterday and didn't realize I had it set there until she was done!  Lesson learned for her.

It's great that you can already feel the increased work you're doing. It will make a difference. And you'll be ready for all the walking I imagine you will be doing on this trip. I'm so excited for you. And a tad jealous!!
