It was pretty cold (for SD!) again this morning and so I went to work early. I like this thing I'm doing now where I'm working a split shift. So I go to work till 12 or 1, come home, run, work for a couple more hours.
Anyway, good run. Although I didn't feel very energetic. From that perspective, it was difficult. I didn't eat enough, I think.
But I am happy to report that I ate no sweets today! Hopefully this is the beginning of the no sweet trend.

I didn't realize you were working a split shift. But whatever works!
I had a terrible night's "sleep" so I rolled over when the alarm went off at 6 and stayed in bed until 7. Don't know why but just couldn't sleep. So a day off here which I shouldn't be taking. But I'm not going to do a split shift!
So far I like it. I think I'm actually working less hours. Anyway, it was my idea/decision and I can stop it whenever I want. It lets me make sure the 6 am'r get in on time and I can help the evening guys wrap up.
I totally understand the bad "sleep" nights! That's how I slept Sunday night, actually. It was just terrible. Anyway, hope it is better for you tonight.
I slept so great last night. In fact, I was actually dreaming when my alarm when off!
