I ran 3 this morning OUTSIDE!!! +55 and sunny. Kind of windy though so it was cold running into that but almost too warm when it was on my back. And, speaking of my back, it feels fine this morning so think the spasm has resolved itself. It felt just great to be running outside though! Loved every minute of it. I miss being outside. Can you tell? Cold front coming in tonight though so this will probably be the only day I can be out there.

Another day off. I decided to have a bloody nose instead of go for a run today! I had one yesterday, too. Think it's too dry in the house here for me. Although I get them at our house sometimes, too. Anyway, after waiting for that to stop I gave it up. We're going out into the madness at the Mall in a bit. We still like to buy calendars the old fashioned way - by looking at them and holding them in our hands!
Geesh, I didn't post yesterday? What the heck! Well, Happy Thanksgiving! And I'm so glad you got to run outside. Sounds like it was just perfect. I love outside.

Good luck surviving the masses today. I'm getting my Christmas tree today! But, otherwise, I'm fully avoiding anything mall related.
I did run yesterday! 3 miles. Totally enjoyable, beautiful day and everyone was smiling.
And I'll do some more running here soon. I do not have a nose bleed and I think I ate way too much yesterday!
