Big run!

I ran 7 miles today! Just goes to show what the right audio book does for commitment! It was a good run but pretty hot, actually. We had a very summer day here - 80 degrees, at least. Not very wintery, which makes me sad! Oh well. It is Christmas-y at my house at least. I have my tree up and I even made some Christmas cookies today. Good thing I ran so much because I ate a bunch of them!

Great run! Kensington?

Send us a picture of your tree! We won't put ours up for a couple weeks yet. Do you take your's down before you come here then? Is it a real tree?

Yes, we are heading home this morning. My last day of vacation for 2012 is today. I'm off tomorrow, too, but that's just my day off. So Tuesday it's back to work. And tomorrow it's back to running and exercises every day and no more pecan pie!!! I'm afraid to get on the scale tomorrow morning.

Yeah, I don't know what to say or do about this heel. That's what's holding me back from registering for Grandma's. I want to know it's going to be ok before I think about that. Maybe I should go back to a doctor but he/she will just order more PT I'm sure.

Gotta get moving here.

Yes, I ran in Kensington. As I will tomorrow! Today I was off though!

I will send you a pic! Yep, real tree. My excuse for putting it up early is that I leave early so I need the extra start to enjoy it the same amount! Good, huh? I'll leave it up till after I get back. Brian will water it for me. And then I will donate it to Morgan's back yard and he will burn it up. Bart went with me to pick it up and I'm so glad because I would have had a replay of last year and picked one that was way too big! In fact, I did pick one that was way too big and Bart talked me down. And the one I did get is perfect.

Man, I don't want to weigh in either. I ate a million cookies.

I bet they might just send you for more PT. But who knows? Maybe the fact that it has persisted this long will have them do something else. but I sure understand your hesitance about signing up for the marathon.

Did I tell you that Cindy signed up to walk the 5K with Mom and Bart in March!?
