5 miles

Time to kick up my miles here! I did 5 this morning. It was cold - for me! 55. I planned on running hills at lunch but I was just so darn tired. I actually can't believe how tired. So I didn't. Hopefully tomorrow. I think my tired is because I was legit tired but also because I didn't really eat. How can I have energy!? I bet I will tomorrow.

Good morning. I did my usual 3 on the TM plus the exercises. Weight is down a pound this morning so I was glad to see that. I'm on a healthy eating kick this week, too.

I don't think I mentioned this yesterday but it was only +6 here when we got up at 7:00 am!! And it never really got out of the teens for a high yesterday. This morning it's already +16 and supposed to be warming up now for a few days and into the +40's by Monday.

For goodness sakes, that's so cold. Geeze. Great on the weight. How was your healthy eating today? Pretty good for me. I need to have dinner here soon!
