Yay Hills!

Well, I did it! I sure have gotten out of the habit of hills at lunch, but I want to make that part of my routine again. So I did do it today. I am listening to a book I totally love so I brought my iPod with me today and that really encouraged me to get out there. It was challenging. I can tell I've not been doing them! I also ran three miles this morning. I'll do 3 again tomorrow. And hills. Probably.....

Good for you! I wouldn't know a hill if I saw one! All last winter I would set the TM at 2% incline but so far this winter I have left it at 0%.

Did my thing here again today. Good news is I am down another pound so I have lost my pecan pie weight. Back to where I was a week ago before Thanksgiving.

Maybe this is the winter of our exhaustion! I don't feel like incline either!

You're doing great on the weight. I'm not sure where I stand. My scale was a victim of The Great Ceiling Waterfall Incident of 2012. The upstairs owner is replacing it, though.

Too bad about the scale! Maybe. Might be nice to be without one for a while though.
