Runnin
It's me! Again! I really had some slack days here, so I'm happy to be able to present two posts in a row!
Today I just ran again. 3 miles. All was fine.
I tell you, my hamstring is still better. Such a relief because it really was causing me troubles. But way better and my foot is better. Which makes me happy but doesn't surprise me because I didn't think it was plantars as much as an issue tied to the hamstring. Because whenever that muscle was tight, my foot ached more. Anyway, good news on that front. So happy to report it!
The festival of smoothies continues! Today I had chard, spinach, raw red beet (peeled, of course. I'm not an animal!), and frozen strawberries. It was delicious. And I really mean that!
Did 5 pushups today. OUCH. I really need to get back on those. I have serious upper body weakness.

Glad to see you back on track. I tried to do pushups on monday and did one but couldn't do another. You heard me right! Pain in wrists was unbearable. Did you do something different for the hamstring? Seems like you changed shoes or something.
I hope to be back here posting about runs and exercise someday!
That's crazy - you are the pushup king!
I've just put 10 dollar inserts in my shoes. It has made all the difference. I feel so much better.
You will be - I know it! Are you feeling any better? Pretty soon for that, I know. But I girl can hope!
